Seeking Rule of Law Technical Experts in Serbia

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• University degree/certificate in a relevant field, such as Public Administration, Law, Public Policy, Court Administration, Judicial Training, Social Work, Municipal Governance/Planning, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred
• Previous experience working on projects for USAID or other international donors
• Experience designing, managing, and implementing judicial reform projects in Serbia and/or the Balkans
• Familiarity with civil law and parliamentary systems
• Fluency in written and spoken Serbian and English required
